A 13-year-old boy is facing hard times for stealing a cellphone.
Thomas, a young boy from Mpumalanga, was arrested for stealing a cellphone according to reports.
This was only the start of his woes however, as when he was sent to prison he was subject to a medical examination.
Owing to the size of his 11 inch manhood,Prosecutors then concluded that he was lying about his age thus ruling him old enough to be tried as an adult.
He was then sentenced to 5 years at an adult prison with Human rights watchdogs furious over the decision.
Meanwhile according to Thomas’ relatives and National identity documentation, he was only 12 at the time of his arrest and they have hired lawyers to contest his prison sentence.
