The 25-year-old star was travelling with her friends, Nigeria’s Marvin Achi, a fellow contestant on the show, and Mmeli Khumalo when their vehicle crashed. Khosi’s management confirmed the accident to ZiMoja:
“They sustained minor injuries. We are just grateful for the gift of life and that we will still be able to continue to do what we love. We will be back soon in SA.”
The details of the accident are still unclear, but it is believed that the group was on a holiday trip for Khosi’s birthday, which is on the 10th of August. They had been sharing photos and videos of their vacation on social media, showing them enjoying the beach and the scenery of Mozambique.
