Her outstanding work earned her Best Female in Southern Africa nominations and Best Newcomer at the African Muzik Magazine Awards in November 2020.

Ami’s career continued to soar with the release of her EP titled “EA Wave Reimagines” in August. She also collaborated with Wichi 1080 on the single “Never Let You Go” and released “Lala Ngoxolo” featuring South African rapper Emtee.
