Cyan Boujee revealed that her decision to get a BBL was largely inspired by American rapper Cardi B.

“I had a lady I looked up to, and I just knew that one day I wanted to look like her.”

Struggles With Body Image

Reflecting on her teenage years, Cyan admitted she often felt isolated because of her appearance.

No one really wanted to associate themselves with me because I looked so bold and straight. My body was like an ice-cream body… straight up. If I wore pants, it was worse,” she recalled.

She also pointed out how early beauty standards shape perceptions, noting that even in cartoons, body types are portrayed in ways that reinforce stereotypes.

“Let’s talk about cartoons. If you see a cartoon and you see a big woman there, aren’t they always the villain? And then the attractive ones are always so innocent and the queens. But the big ones are always angry, all the time.”

Tied to Stardom Dreams

Cyan linked her decision to her ambition to become a superstar. She explained that altering her body was a way of gaining acceptance and admiration from the public.

From her perspective, the transformation was not just about appearance but also about opening doors in an industry where image often plays a decisive role.
