US Hip-hop heavyweight Drake released his new single‚ One Dance on Tuesday night which features Nigerian star‚ Wizkid and Kyla.
However‚ more importantly‚ it was revealed that the song was co-produced by South Africa’s very own house music producer‚ DJ Maphorisa.
The Uhuru band member’s social media accounts have since been inundated with congratulatory messages from celebrities and excited fans.
DJ Maphorisa has proved that he’s a big deal.
The Uhuru band member has put South Africa on the map, one song at a time.
While the world is excited about Drake dropping two tracks – one titled Pop Style, featuring Kanye West and Jay Z, and another one called One Dance, which features Wizkid and Kyla – Mzansi is celebrating the fact that Maphorisa got a mention in one of the songs.
