DJ Tira Seeks Help to Recover Lost Car Key in Uber Ride
Renowned music producer and DJ, Tira, also known as Mthokozi Khathi, recently found himself in a predicament when he inadvertently left behind his Mercedes G-Wagon car keys in an Uber ride.
The incident took place on Saturday, 2 March, as Tira was en route to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.

Social Media Plea: DJ Tira Reaches Out to Uber Driver for Assistance
Upon arriving at his destination, Tira realized his mistake and discovered that the key to his prized possession was missing. Taking to social media, the DJ reached out to the Uber driver, appealing for the return of his car key. Despite attempts to report the incident through the Uber app, Tira did not receive any response or assistance.
The plea from Tira on social media quickly gained attention from his loyal fans and followers, who expressed their concern and offered their support. Many shared their own experiences of losing belongings in Uber rides and provided advice on how to retrieve them.
Reward Offered: DJ Tira Offers R5,000 for the Safe Return of the Key
To incentivize the driver, Tira offered a reward of R5,000 for the safe return of the keys. In an interview with ZiMoja, Dj Tira acknowledged that the responsibility for the incident lay with him and not the driver. He expressed his desire for the driver to come forward and return the key, emphasizing his appreciation and willingness to provide a reward.
