Emtee's Wife Claps Back

Emtee’s Wife Claps Back

Mthembeni “Emtee” Ndevu’s wife, Nicole Kendall Ndevu, has clapped back at Emtee’s Twitter rants that claimed that she is physically abusive.

Yesterday, Nicole posted on her Instagram wall in retaliation, rubbishing Emtee’s claims along the way.

“I would like to address the false accusations made by Mthembeni Ndevu. Firstly the claim made by Mthembeni that I physically abuse him is completely false and a fabrication designed to attack my character. I will no longer protect someone who is trying to destroy my life by making false accusations about me. Mthembeni is fully aware of the public platform he holds and the extensive reach he has. This is a blatant attempt to tarnish my name and my family’s name. The truth as to the core reason of the public fallout will be revealed. I have constantly compromised myself by tolerating conflict after conflict. I have without any consideration for myself and my aspirations, supported Mthembeni through thick and thin irrespective of propensity to attract negative publicity. I have constantly avoided resorting to public platforms to defend myself as this is not the first time my character has been brought into question.

In 2018, Mthembeni’s parents through a newspaper outlet made baseless accusations against me. I have always taken into consideration the adverse effects that public statements could adversely have on Mthembeni’s career hence, my reservations. It has come to a point where I have to choose between living silent to protect Mthembeni or for the first time defend myself. That decision has been made. Mthembeni has failed to consider our kids in his decision to baselessly accuse me of all kind of things on Twitter. My kids will have to bear the brunt of the false accusations made against me. I choose to defend myself and buffer the potential effects these unfortunate circumstances will have on my precious boys.

To my family and friends, the people who know me best, I thank you for your unyielding support throughout this relationship that has exposed me to lows and highs. My love for Mthembeni will ominously be a part of whom I am. This relationship has brought me the most precious gift I have received, my two boys, Avery and Logan, whom I live for and will die for. I have no ill will against Mthembeni despite the negative image him and his family have tried to portray of me. Despite my raw desire to expose the truth in a vengeful manner, I will conduct myself with dignity, primarily based on a profound consideration for my kids and their wellbeing as well as the fact that Mthembeni will forever be their father,” said Nicole.
