Enhle Mbali Responds To Claims That She Lost Her Divorce Bid To Ex-Husband Black Coffee

Black Coffee’s ex-wife Enhle Mbali, has responded to claims that she lost her divorce bid to ex-husband, DJ Black Coffee.

Enhle Mbali explained that the court had ordered Black Coffee to pay her spousal maintenance and child support for which he wasn’t.

The actress was responding to some reports which stated that she had a slew of demands that she wanted Black Coffee to meet financially, which totalled more than R131,000 in monthly maintenance.

The reports said that Mbali wanted R80,000 child maintenance for their two minor children, R30,000 for groceries and household items and R17,800 for her beauty cosmetics.

It was further reported that the judge presiding over the case is said to have told her that her demands were unsubstantiated and unreasonable.

The court was reported to have awarded Enhle Mbali just R65, 000, thereby dismissing her case.

Enhle Mbali took to her Instagram to call out the paper for telling lies saying

“I wondered how much they get paid to lie.”

At the time of their divorce, Black Coffee said they had tried everything to make their marriage work, including therapy but it wasn’t meant to be.

He also revealed that he sent her an email asking for a separation saying

“In April this year, I sent a lengthy e-mail to her, in which I suggested that we should separate and she should find a place to stay with the kids and I would pay for it. I did that because I wanted us to improve our marriage and to be more involved with them. But she declined the offer,”.

Enhle Mbali did not say much over the matter arguing she wanted to protect their children.
