Family Takes Skomota to a Sangoma After Accusing His Girlfriend of Giving Him Love Potion

Skomota’s Family Suspects Girlfriend of Using Him, Takes Him to Sangoma
The family of Skomota expressed deep concerns about his relationship with girlfriend Molatelo Mosheo, as they also accused her of taking advantage of him financially.
In the latest episode of his Moja Love show ‘Skomota Ngwana Sesi,’ seen by The DailySun, Skomota revealed his family took him to a sangoma to check for a love potion.
Sangoma Ritual Sparks Controversy
Skomota shared details of the cleansing ritual, saying,
“They took me to a sangoma and said I must vomit things I ate. What kind of things are they that they keep talking about?”
He described being given a mixture of warm water and muthi to drink, followed by a cleansing process. Despite the family’s suspicions, Skomota defended his girlfriend, insisting she treats him well.
“They’re saying she spends my money, but I work, and she must indeed spend my money. I love her because she takes good care of me. She cooks for me, does my laundry, and doesn’t even complain when I give her R2,000,” he said.
Family Fears Opportunists
His family, however, remains unconvinced. They claim Mosheo once falsely claimed to be pregnant and refused to take a test to prove otherwise.
“The woman claimed that she is pregnant, but she refused to take a pregnancy test to show that she wasn’t even pregnant,” they alleged.
