French Montana Releases New Song For Morocco After Incredible World Cup Campaign
Rapper French Montana has released a new song to honour Morocco for its epic World Cup run.
Despite bowing out of the 2022 World Cup following a heart-rendering defeat to France, Montana had to show love to his native country for making history for the African continent and the Arab world.

In the video spliced with bits and pieces of Morocco match highlights, the Unforgettable crooner is heard rapping in fluent Arabic.
Regardless of losing to the current World Cup holders 2-0 on Wednesday, French Montana, who was a cheerleader of the Moroccan team at the Times Square rally last week, took to Instagram to applaud the team for its unforgettable historic run.
“My head still gassed how far we came, lol,” French wrote on Instagram. “No Moroccan in the world should be sad today. We shook the world up, and we made history 🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦 Never been done before. So proud of the whole Moroccan team. And so proud of the whole country.”
Morocco indeed pulled a memorable performance in Qatar, having defeated big guns; Belgium, Spain and Portugal to reach its first-ever semi-final.
Meanwhile, Morocco will be battling for the third position with Croatia on Saturday at 17;00hrs.
In other news, the great and final tango of this year’s edition is between Argentina and France.
The final match slated for Sunday at 17:00hrs will witness the two Paris Saint Germain superstars, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe, battling for the World Cup title at Lusail stadium.
Messi, who has set several records in this year’s World Cup edition, will be aiming to win his first-ever World Cup title, while France, inspired by Mbappe will seek to win the title twice on the bounce.
