Singer and songwriter Amanda Black is currently over the moon as she is pregnant and expecting a bouncing baby.

Zimoja reports that she recently unveiled her album, “From My Soul to Yours,” at a Sandton restaurant in Johannesburg. She rocked a yellow two-piece outfit, and her look prompted speculation about a possible pregnancy.
Although Amanda didn’t directly address the rumours during the event, she hinted at a new chapter in her life, stating:
“I’m in a new chapter of my life. A very interesting one. It’s been quite a journey getting here. Man, it’s been tough. There’s been a lot of fights and tears, but we are here.”
Despite not confirming the pregnancy during the launch, a close friend told ZiMoja that Amanda Black is indeed expecting her first child.
Speaking on the condition of anonymity, the friend expressed certainty about Amanda’s pregnancy, noting:
“She is definitely pregnant and in the second trimester. Everyone can see the baby bump. It’s impossible to hide at this stage. A pregnancy is not really something you can hide for too long. But also, she is not really hiding it because her tummy is big, she is showing, but no one has had the guts to ask her whether it’s just a beer belly or what.”

Another friend within the music industry disclosed that this will be Amanda’s first baby and that the pregnancy has been tough on her:
“She was still working on her album in the first trimester, morning sicknesses, the works. So, it was tough for her. It was a stretch getting to the end of her album, even at the listening session, she was tired, but she pushed. Her team tucks by her despite the emotions. She is somehow happy and ready to be a mom.”
When approached for comments, Amanda’s management company at Sony declined to provide details about her personal life:
“We don’t really deal with people’s personal relations on that level, especially something of the sort. We are in the business of music. Whether she is or isn’t, she would need to answer those types of questions.”
Amanda is yet to comment on the reported pregnancy.
