South African Afro-Pop songwriter/singer Nomfundoh Moh has officially joined the “girls with title deeds” squad.

Nomfundoh Moh, real name Nomfundo Ngcobo purchased her first home at the young age of 22.

Taking to Instagram, Nomfundoh Moh posted a picture of herself posing outside her new home.

Recently, she won the Best Afro Pop Album at the South African Music Awards (SAMAs).

Sama is home. Thank you guys, this is my family. The award has finally made its way home, the family is here and we’re celebrating. I thought it’s befitting to share this moment with you. We’re so happy and I’ve lost my voice already,” she said in a clip as she celebrated her SAMA award with her family.

In addition to that, she also scooped a YouTube award for surpassing 100k subscribers.

I also have the YouTube award and this is for passing 100 000 subscribers. It’s just too much. Thanks to everyone who’s been voting and supporting me. I’m also asking you to do the same for the AFRIMA Awards,” Nomfundoh Moh added.

Meanwhile, her album, Amagama, was nominated for Album of the Year at the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA).
