The first photos of Babes Wodumo in mourning have emerged on social media.
Gqom queen Babes Wodumo, real name Bongekile Simelane, is mourning the death of her husband, Mampintsha.
Mampintsha passed away on the 24th of December 2022, just a day before Christmas, after he suffered a stroke.
Photos of Babes Wodumo in mourning have left Mzansi sympathising with her. Social media users are worried about her well-being after they noticed how distraught she looked. She looked so frail, and her eyes were puffy in the photos.

One Ukhozi FM listener close to the family reportedly called the KwaZulu-Natal radio station and said that as the family was waiting for a mortuary vehicle to come and collect Mampintsha’s body, Babes Wodumo allegedly jumped on her husband’s lifeless body.
