According to YoungstaCPT, the pair first met after AKA had spotted him in a newspaper while travelling.
“He said, ‘Yo, I was on the plane this morning, and I opened up the newspaper, and there was a picture of you in it.'”
YoungstaCPT said the article mentioned he had already released 19 mixtapes, prompting AKA to ask whether the number was accurate.
“I looked at him and said, yes, I have 19 mixtapes bru.”
The response left AKA visibly impressed.
“Yo dawg, I will never ever be able to make that many songs in my life, bra,” YoungstaCPT recalled him saying.
