John Vuli Gate Girls Bags Two Clothing Label Deals

The girls in the John Vuli Gate dance challenge viral video that was first posted by TikTok user @simpearl2 have bagged some clothing label deals and signed a deal with a beer brand as ambassadors.

According to the Daily Sun, the girls’ lives have undergone a fairytale transformation ever since their dance video went viral.

The girls who are Tshegofatso Maepa, Katlego Mohlahlo, Kgomotso Aphane, Oratilwe Mokwatlo, and Lebogang Motalane, told the publication the dance video has opened doors for them.

Initially, the girls failed to go to Gold Reef City for birthday celebrations because they didn’t have the money but there has been an overnight financial breakthrough.

The girls have announced that they have secured the bag having signed a deal with a beer brand as ambassadors. They also said two clothing brands want to work with them. The ladies said they have secured several gigs and are expecting to be invited for more as the month of December approaches.

The girls also addressed criticism from people who are against the girls calling themselves stoko. Katlego said:

We’re young and had fun without a man around us. That’s why people are bitter. I don’t see the need to explain ourselves.

John Vuli gate’ is a new 2020 Amapiano song by Mapara A Jazz ft Ntosh Gaz and Colano. The song started to trend after a group of young ladies stole the hearts of many on social media after a viral clip of them dancing at a Shell service station to the song ‘John Vuli Gate‘.

The viral video of the girls sparked a dance challenge dubbed the #JohnVuliGateChallenge.
