After extensive deliberation, Judge Nathan Erasmus pronounced Racquel ‘Kelly’ Smith (the child’s mother), her partner Jacquen ‘Boeta’ Appollis, and their associate Steveno ‘Steffie’ van Rhyn guilty on charges of human trafficking and kidnapping.
