Kaizer Chiefs has suspended goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune for bringing his girlfriend Sbahle Mpisane to the Amakhosi Village in Naturena.
Khune recently posted a picture of Mpisane at the Kaizer Chiefs training grounds on his Instagram account, the picture dismissing rumours of their breakup reported in the media.
It seems the picture in question has landed the Bafana Bafana captain in hot water, and club management has decided to suspend Khune over the incident.
Other reports say the real reason Khune got suspended was because he actually sneaked out of training to go have a quickie with Sbahle. Something which did not go down well with management. The source, a Kaizer Chiefs player said, ‘what irked the bosses is that Khune disrespected everyone and went to the lockers with his bae for a quick bonk while we were training. We had to look for him’.
The incident happened a month ago when Khune wanted to prove to the masses that he had not broken up with Sbahle.
