Lady Zamar Fails To Pay R52 000 To Her Driver

Lady Zamar has reportedly failed to pay R52 524 to her former driver as per court order. Thabang Litsaone says he has gone months without any fruitful results to reach out to his former employer, Lady Zamar, real name Yamikani Banda.

Thabang Litsaone says the court had ordered Lady Zamar to pay for his work and use of the car – which she damaged and never paid for damages.

The Collide hitmaker, Lady Zamar allegedly first blocked his wife when she tried to ask for the money, and now, he too has been blocked.

It is said that Thabang from Olievenhoutbosch in Pretoria, had been Lady Zamar’s driver from November 2018 to April last year. During this time, Lady Zamar and her manager, Michael Lebuse were using his car, a white VW Transporter T6.1 2017. But they never paid for his services during this time.

He then took them to court where he won the case and the court’s judgment ordered Lady Zamar to R52 524, which she has failed to pay to date.

According to Daily Sun, the heartbroken man said:

“Trouble started when she asked to use my car together with her manager.

She told me they’d pay me for renting it. When they brought it back, the windscreen had cracks and the back seat was damaged.”

Thabang says he continued driving her around because he thought she’d pay him for the damages.

“When I called her to ask for my money, she told me she needed to pay other people and would pay me once she was done.

This went on for months until my wife decided to contact her, but Lady Zamar ended up blocking her and said she won’t pay me.”

Upon going through courts, Lady Zamar was ordered to pay him R31 400 with 10% interest.

“She has moved house and no longer takes my calls. I want my money. I need to pay people who helped me fix my car.”
