A 48-year-old man has been arrested for the horrific murder of his 14-year-old stepdaughter in Ga-Thoka village, located just outside Mankweng in Limpopo. The tragic event occurred early on Friday morning, around 6 am, sending shockwaves through the community.
“The man assaulted the teenager, stabbing her multiple times with a sharp object. He then left her bleeding on the roadside,” Ledwaba explained.
When authorities arrived at the scene, they found the girl lying in a pool of blood, still dressed in her recognizable school uniform. Emergency medical personnel confirmed her death at the scene.

Preliminary investigations suggest that the suspect had been involved in a domestic dispute with the victim’s mother the night before the attack.
