As Former Bafana Bafana Matthew Booth’s sordid affair with a married woman continues to take centre stage, social media users have started to accuse him of trying to kill his wife Sonia Booth.

One excerpt from her book that stood out is the chapter she detailed her Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience.
Sonia Booth revealed that her husband once accidentally administered a double dose of gastro medicine to her.
“Mathew had accidentally administered a double dose of gastro medicine and this caused me so much discomfort and pain. It felt as though my oesophagus was on fire. We had an argument about this and l got into bed,”she wrote.

Mzansi is convinced that Matthew did not administer a double dosage by mistake, they reckon he tried to kill her. Netizens questioned how he managed to follow through with the instructions on how to bake a cheesecake but failed to administer a simple dosage.
