Meet The New Crowned Miss SA Natasha Joubert
The Miss SA 2023 crown has been awarded to Natasha Joubert, who was among the top three finalists in 2020. She received the prestigious title at the SunBet Arena at Time Square, Pretoria on Sunday, 13 August. Here are some of the highlights of the event.
Bonang Matheba hosts the finale
The finale of the Miss SA pageant was hosted by media personality Bonang Matheba, who dazzled the audience with her charisma and style. She introduced the seven finalists who competed for the crown, as well as the panel of judges, which included actress Thuso Mbedu.
Ndavi Nokeri passes down her crown

Bryoni Govender and Nande Mabala are the runners up
The runner up of the Miss SA 2023 pageant was Bryoni Govender, who hails from Gauteng. She impressed the judges with her intelligence and confidence. The second runner up was Nande Mabala, who comes from the Western Cape. She showcased her beauty and personality.
Natasha Joubert represents South Africa internationally
As the new Miss SA 2023, Natasha Joubert will represent South Africa in international beauty pageants. She will also be a spokesperson for the Miss South Africa organisation, which is a leadership platform for ambitious young South African women. Joubert said she is honoured and excited to take on this responsibility.
The journey of the finalists
The journey of the finalists was not an easy one. They had to compete for seven spots on a reality show called Crown Chasers, where they faced various challenges and eliminations. Five of the top 12 were eliminated from the pageant. The top seven finalists who made it to the finale were:
