It seems romance is brewing between rappers Sizwe Alakine and Gigi Lamayne, as the pair have been spotted looking cosy together.
Rumours have been swirling that the two music stars are dating a few years after Sizwe Alakine’s public breakup with TV presenter Lootlove, the mother of his children.
Sizwe Alakine And Gigi Lamayne Dating?
Sources close to the couple revealed to Zimoja that Sizwe, formerly known as Reason, and Gigi have been dating for a few months and are trying to keep their romance under wraps. The duo was recently seen at KwaMai Mai, a tourist hotspot in downtown Johannesburg, while filming an episode of a TV show.
“They make sense as a couple. They get along, and they both love music,” said a source.

The pair reportedly met through a mutual friend at an event, and their connection was instant.
“Their attraction was undeniably strong, and they’ve been inseparable ever since,” the insider added.

Despite the public sightings, Sizwe and Gigi are determined to keep their relationship private.
“They are both private people and do not want their relationship to be out there,” said another source. “For now, they will not publicly admit to being in a relationship.“
The Stars React To The Chatter
Besides their rumoured romance, the two have also been spending a lot of time in the studio, working on new music. Gigi, however, has denied the dating rumours, saying:
“We’re not dating – we’re friends, and we have been working together on my latest project, my single called Come Out. We’re just good friends.“
Sizwe Alakine, real name Sizwe Moeketsi, refused to comment on the rumours, leaving fans wondering if love is truly in the air or if it’s all just part of the music magic.
