Nota Baloyi Reveals If He Was Made to Pick the Soap In Prison
Outspoken music executive Nhlamulo ‘Nota’ Baloyi has set social media ablaze after sharing eyebrow-raising insights about his time in Johannesburg Prison, famously known as Sun City.
After his release on Monday, November 25, the 34-year-old, now under correctional supervision, wasted no time addressing his short but eventful 15-day stint behind bars. The sentence, part of a defamation case brought by rapper Ntokozo “K.O.” Mdluli, had initially been set at 60 days by the Joburg High Court in March 2023.

Nota Baloyi Boasts About ‘Special Treatment’ in Prison
In a characteristic move, Nota responded to gossip personality Musa Khawula’s post on X (formerly Twitter) about his release with a crude, unprompted claim:
“With a virgin butthole bathing!”
When probed about whether he had to pay for protection in prison, Nota doubled down with his trademark confidence. He claimed that his reputation afforded him special privileges, stating:
“My face card has no limit… When you’re the GOAT you get the special treatment you’ve earned!”
