Busta’s return was highlighted by a show-stopping performance on September 21st at the prestigious DSTV Delicious Festival, an international music and food extravaganza. Sharing the stage with global music sensation Jason Derulo, Busta’s electrifying set left fans in awe and solidified his status as a beloved figure on the continent.

The rapper, who has long embraced his African heritage, emphasized how much it means to him to be welcomed as a community member, referring to himself as “one of Africa’s good sons.”
He also took the opportunity to jokingly address the lengthy gap between his visits, humorously stating:
“Joburg, thank you so much for having me back. It’s been too long! But blame it on the people who took so long to bring me back. We’re here now, and we’ve rekindled our family and our love.”
