Passenger Collapses and Dies Outside Bellville Bus Terminal in Western Cape

The eye witness told Daily Sun that when the woman returned, she requested to sit as she suddenly felt dizzy. The woman sat down and a moment later she fell in a sitting position.

“When she arrived, she left her bags with her partner and went to the toilet. When she returned, she asked if she could sit down since she felt dizzy. She then sat and fell on the ground while sitting, and that’s how she died, just like that. The bus had just arrived, and some people were still taking their bags out of the trailer,” said an eyewitness.

A man who had come to pick up his wife at the terminal described the scene as heartbreaking.

“She was a young lady, probably in her early 30s. I wonder what could have led to her painful death. The husband was shocked and distressed as other passengers comforted him after the shocking incident,” said the man.
