Pitso Mosimane Breaks Silence On His Future Plans After Leaving Al Wahda
Former Mamelodi Sundowns and Bafana Bafana coach Pitso Mosimane has spoken about his future following his departure from UAE Pro League club Al Wahda.
Earlier this month, Al Wahda released a statement stating that they had decided to terminate Mosimane’s contract by mutual consent.

In a separate statement, Pitso Mosimane confirmed his departure from Al Wahda. Mosimane also expressed gratitude to the club and wished them well for the future.
After news broke that Mosimane and Al Wahda had parted ways, the rumour mill began to swirl with speculation that he would be coming back home to coach in the DStv Premier Soccer League. There was a growing buzz about his potential move to Kaizer Chiefs. The team, affectionately known as Amakhosi, bid farewell to head coach Molefi Ntseki due to inconsistent results.

Addressing his future in an interview with the South African Football Journalists’ Association (SAFJA), Mosimane emphasized his desire to celebrate Christmas with his family. He said that any coaching offer would need to be compelling enough to keep him away from his family during the festive season.
“I want to spend Christmas with my family, with my children, enjoy the food. Any offer that would come now must be worth me missing Christmas with my family,” Pitso Mosimane told SAFJA, as reported by iDiskiTimes.
