Generations actor Rapulana Seiphemo is itching to get back to work.

The star, who was involved in a tragic accident in February that claimed three lives, is said to be recovering well.

According to Generations publicist Gaaratwe Mokheti, Seiphemo is expected to be back on set in the next two weeks.

“He is contracted to us. He is still part of the family. We cannot wait to have him back,” she said.

“He is still not 100%, as he will be continuing to take his medication at work.”

Seiphemo claims that, on the night of the crash, he was hijacked by two men who jumped into his car while he waited at the robot.

In his statement to police, the men allegedly forced him to drive along the N14 towards Mogale City.

Seiphemo claims he told the men that he wouldn’t allow them to take his car and then kill him afterwards.

“Rapulana accelerated the speed and the suspect at the back shouted at him to stop as he was driving at a high speed, and he told them that they would rather all die instead of them taking his car and killing him,” the police statement reads. “Rapulana says they started fighting for the steering wheel until he collided with another white car.”
