Rhythm City: Banele Drops A Bomb on Mapula
What in the Bold and The Beautiful combined with Days of Our Lives is happening there by Rhythm City? Banele has got two sisters all twisted and wanting to entangle themselves with him. Will Smith be the shield! Anyway, Banele doesn’t seem interested in telling either Mapula nor Kea what the deal is. Well listen, this is what I thought until Banele came under pressure and actually said he loves the other sister more. Weren’t we all shattered on Mapula’s behalf because he really believed that this was her fairy-tale ending, insisting Kea knows nothing about love because she in her young years has never felt the love Mapula feels for Banele.
One would be lying on Beyonce’s internet if they said they also did not want the earth to spread open and swallow us whole while watching that. As a matter of fact, Mapula deserves a break and the kind of fairy-tale she so clearly yearns for. Will she ever get it? It almost seems like she was born to suffer, even in love. We all need for her to catch a break or a love story that is as a wonderful as he is. Mapula really bears the brunt and holds the weight and shows up for everyone but that rarely ever happens for her.
Quick question, is Kea not too young for Banele and really what does a “little ngwana” (as Mapula referenced her) like her know about love? Will she be able to focus and study and actually pass her matric while enjoying the bliss of #LoveLivesHere? What will be the limitations? Will she and her obviously raging hormones know to behave and focus? And Banele, are we saying that just because he was a “good boyfriend” to Mapula, will that be the case for Kea as well? Everyone loves love, it’s endearing, but did this love story have to be *This* dramatic?
