Nolwazi Ngubeni is killing her role as Mbali on award-winning etv soapie Scandal!.

While she has managed to keep her personal life out of the public eye,  once in a while, Ngubeni gives her social media followers a glimpse into her family life.

Recently she took to her official Instagram account to celebrate her daughter’s fifteenth birthday. Despite winning accolades for her work in the film and television industry, Nolwazi Ngubeni made it known that her daughter is her greatest achievement.

Though she occasionally shares pictures of her daughter, Ngubeni is protective of her and tries to keep her out of the limelight as much as possible.

Taking to social media on Wednesday, Nolwazi Ngubeni celebrated her daughter’s fifteenth birthday. She said her daughter, who she referred to as Juju, is one of her greatest joys.

Ngubeni also added that Juju speaks her mind and is self-motivated. She wrote:

Year 15

I can’t believe it. My first born is 15. My baby has grown so much.

Watching you grow, Juju has been one of my greatest joys. You continue to be kind, respectful, speak your mind and challenge yourself.

Khula mtanami and never lose your voice. My love for you is endless and u conditional. In me, you will always have your biggest cheerleader and protect.

Happy Birthday my beautiful child. ♥️

While not much is publicly available about Nolwazi Ngubeni’s daughter Juju, she was born on 21 December 2007. She has two siblings, Africa and Ntsikayamazothe.

While her other children are supportive of her career as an actress, Juju refuses to watch her on TV. Regarding her daughter Nolwazi Ngubeni said:

My daughter can’t watch my shows; she says she doesn’t relate to the woman she sees on screen, while my son looks at me in awe when he sees me on television.
