Shebeshxt Opens Up About Viral Altercation Videos, Clarifies Intentions

Rising rap sensation Shebeshxt has addressed the series of public altercations that have thrust him into the spotlight.

In a recent interview on the L-Tido podcast, the Limpopo-born artist shed light on the viral fight videos, asserting that they were often taken out of context.

The Intent behind the Strike: Shebeshxt’s Explanation of Provocation and Wake-Up Calls

Clarifying his actions, Shebeshxt, whose real name is Lehlogonolo Chauke, explained,

I’m not fighting with them. I hit them once just to show them that I am not fighting and to tell them to relax and not start with me.

He further emphasized that what might seem like fun for others is work for him, and provocation during work jeopardizes his livelihood.

Love Amidst Altercations: Shebeshxt’s Message to Fans and Misunderstood Interactions

Expressing a message of love, Shebeshxt stated,

I don’t hate you. I love you, it’s just that you are under the influence and I want you to wake up.”

He maintained that his intention was not to engage in a full-blown fight but rather to deliver a wake-up call through a single strike. According to Shebeshxt, his altercations involve people whom he considers his fans and loves. He attributed the altered behavior to being under the influence and suggested that if he had access to water, he would opt for a less violent approach.

In early March, a video of Shebeshxt punching a man named Tshepo went viral, prompting the rapper to share a video apology, expressing remorse and seeking forgiveness.

“I’m with him now, I came to ask for forgiveness. I made a mistake for sure. I won’t do it again,” he stated.

Controversial Warning: Shebeshxt’s Instagram Statement Addresses Provocation and Consequences

Shebeshxt also addressed the viral nature of his altercations in a statement on his Instagram stories. He pointed out,

The problem is you are used to provoking n*ggas. I’m not those people. I’m not a motherf***er. I stab. You are busy provoking me and you will cause nurses to fix stitches.”

While the rapper’s public altercations have garnered significant attention, his recent statements provide some insights into his perspective on the incidents. As Shebeshxt continues to navigate his career in the music industry, it remains to be seen how he will manage his image and interactions with fans in the future.
