Shebeshxt To Remain Behind Bars After Polokwane High Court Rejects Bail Appeal
South African rapper Lehlogonolo “Shebeshxt” Chauke will remain in custody after the Polokwane High Court dismissed his latest attempt to secure bail.
The court rejected the musician’s appeal on Wednesday, August 5, ruling that the circumstances presented by his legal team did not amount to new exceptional grounds that would justify his release.
The decision means Chauke will continue waiting for the next stage of his criminal case while remaining behind bars.
