Social Media Users Express Dissatisfaction Over Trevor Noah Hosting the 2025 Grammy Awards for the Fifth Consecutive Year
South African comedian and television personality Trevor Noah is set to host the 67th Annual Grammy Awards for the fifth consecutive year.
The Recording Academy confirmed the announcement, revealing that Noah will also serve as a producer for the event. The awards ceremony will take place on February 2, 2025, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
Trevor Noah’s return as host marks a historic moment, as he becomes the first comedian to host the Grammy Awards five times.

A Grammy Nominee Once Again
According to Billboard, in addition to hosting, Trevor Noah is also a nominee at this year’s Grammy Awards. He has been nominated for Best Comedy Album for his project, Where Was I. This marks his fourth nomination in the category, following previous nods for I Wish You Would (2024), Son of Patricia (2020), and Afraid of the Dark.
Despite being a Grammy nominee since 2020, Noah only began hosting the awards show in 2021, the year after his debut nomination.
