South African Singer Yolanda ‘Yallunder’ Nyembezi Has Died
Popular South African singer and songwriter Yolanda Nyembezi professionally known as Yallunder has passed away.
Yallunder was not only a singer but a songwriter and an award-winning artist recognized by SAMMA.

Yallunder’s Death Confirmed
Yallunder’s death was confirmed on Facebook by Sifiso Vee Vilakazi. He revealed that, she passed away on 13 March 2025 at Charlotte Maxeke Academy Hospital.
“Hi All,
We are deeply saddened to announce the untimely passing of our loved one uYolanda Nyembezi on the 13th of March 2025 at Charlotte Maxeke Academy Hospital.
Proceedings of the memorial and burial will be shared by the family. Please do allow the family and friends privacy during this difficult time.
Our sincere condolences to all those that loved and celebrated Yolanda’s life,”reads the Facebook post.
Her cause of death was not revealed.
