NDA Signed by Attendees Who Attended Freak-Offs Hosted by Diddy Exposed

For decades, what really happened at hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs’ infamous parties, known as “freak-offs,” remained tightly under wraps. The reason? A strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that all attendees had to sign, now made public, sheds light on the level of secrecy required at these events.

Diddy ’s Freak-Offs NDA Revealed:

The NDA, though standard in some ways, has strict clauses to prevent attendees from revealing anything about Diddy, his family, former partners, friends, or business associates. Not only are party-goers barred from discussing details, but they’re also forbidden from taking photos, filming, or recording anything or anyone in Diddy’s circle without his explicit permission. Social media posts featuring Diddy or anything from the party are strictly off-limits unless he personally approves them.

Additionally, the NDA prohibits attendees from giving interviews, writing books, or sharing any details of the events without written permission from Diddy himself. What makes this NDA unusual, however, is its duration: it remains in effect for the rest of Diddy’s life, plus 20 years after his death, or a total of 70 years—whichever is longer. Such long-term secrecy agreements are rare in entertainment. You can read the full NDA here.

Legal Troubles and New Allegations

Diddy was arrested in September and faces charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, and transportation for prostitution. Currently held at NYC’s MDC Brooklyn jail while awaiting trial, new allegations continue to surface. Recently, a Playboy model from one of his alleged freak-offs claimed that back in 2000, Diddy made her watch a J-Lo video before they got intimate.

TMZ reached out to Diddy’s legal team for comment on the NDA, but at the time of publication, there had been no response.
