Tol Ass Mo Roars Back: Comedian Sues Ministers After Being Cleared of False Allegations
Comedian and former reality TV star Tol Ass Mo is coming for everyone after being cleared of model and actress Lerato Moloi’s sexual assault allegations.
These allegations had been hanging over him for four years until he was acquitted in 2022.
After he was cleared of the charges, Tol Ass Mo’s lawyers issued a statement and said their client had suffered some irreparable damage to his reputation and career.
Following his acquittal, Tol Ass Mo’s legal team released a statement expressing concern about the damage done to his reputation and career due to the false accusations. They vowed to take significant action to address the harm caused by Moloi’s allegations.
Legal Battle Ahead: Tol Ass Mo Sues Government Officials

His list of targets includes the South African Police Services (SAPS) National Commissioner, the Minister of Safety and Security, the Director of the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), the Minister of Police, and the Minister of Justice. He said that once he is done with all of them he will be back to being a millionaire once again.
“Thank you once more to all of Lerato so called believers I will be back to millionaire status. Ooh and Rosie Motene ain’t getting a brown cent from me. Lesson to every woman who wants to open false rape charges against innocent men,” Tol Ass Mo wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post.
Determined Pursuit: Tol Ass Mo’s Resolve to Hold Moloi Accountable
Despite the long list of people he is suing, Tol Ass Mo said he will not be suing the person who levelled the rape allegations against him in the first place. He said he would not be suing Lerato Moloi because she was broke. The comedian however vowed not to rest until the model is languishing behind bars.
“I’m not suing Lerato as she is broke her only plan in life to make money in life was accuse 3 celebrities of rape at the same time get the F out of her. but I will not rest until she is behind bars,” Tol Ass Mo concluded.
