Just in case one has been assuming they have ‘seen it all’ in the year 2020, they haven’t come across a video of a ZCC church member enjoying his favorite alcoholic beverage while at the same time wearing his star-shaped ZCC church badge. In an undated video clip that has since become an internet sensation, and an identified man wearing a white cap and a blue long-sleeved shirt are seen drinking alcohol, Savanna brand, with a friend.

Judging from the 30-second video clip, both the man in question and his unidentified friend were not aware that there was someone who was recording the controversial video. According to one of Zion Christian Church rules, no member should drink alcohol or take drugs among other substances. The video that was first shared on Instagram attracted over 20 000 views in less than 3 hours.

A great number of ZCC church members have been seemingly disappointed by the mini footage whilst others defended the man in the video. Below are some of the remarks left by those who were not happy with the footage.

”This is disgusting and this man must be severely punished by the church management because he has let us down, who does that in public? Lets hunt him down as soon as possible.”

Bright Gawanga

”Yes, we are aware that no one is perfect in this life but this is just nonsense guys, why not drinking in your house at least? Next time he should remove that ZCC badge of ours because he doesn’t represent us at all.”
