A South African DJ recently visited late rapper AKA’s grave and gave him a hilarious update on the state of SA Hip-hop.
DJ Manzo decided to pay the rapper, born Kiernan Forbes, some 20 months after his demise. AKA was shot dead on 10 February just outside a restaurant in Durban last year.

DJ Visited AKA’s Grave For An Important Update
DJ Manzo paid AKA a visit at his final resting place at Heroes Acres, at the Westpark Cemetery in Johannesburg. He felt like having a word or two with the Super Mega.
On getting to the grace, he updated AKA and said SA hip hop is now in a deplorable state since his tragic passing.
DJ Manzo said:
“Weee ndoda. We are disappointed. The music that we are listening to these days? Nah. You left with good music. Hip-hop is dead now. It’s done.“
DJ Manzo posted the video on his TikTok handle and captioned it:
“Just decided to visit SA hip hop at the cemetery today. Maybe things will change after this young visit🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️”
