Zimbabwean-born actor Luthuli Dlamini has taken to social media to dispel rumours that he is now homeless after not getting any gigs.
The actor was in the headlines for the past few days after blogs reported that he was homeless. Dlamini was said to be living with a handful of men in a house that had turned into a drug den.
The actor, a well-known veteran on our screens, is respected for his craft but has not been getting any acting gigs recently.
Luthuli Dlamini rubbishes rumours that he is homeless
In a video shared on social media, the actor has dispelled the rumour that he has nowhere to live. Dlamini has addressed the rumours while washing his clothes at a rental place in Durban.
The actor shares that the place even has a delivery service that brings them food and drinks while they are home. Dlamini also goes on to thank fans who reached out to offer help. Luthuli shares that other fans even offered him a place to stay for free after learning of his ‘plight’. He also tells his fans he is okay and does not trust the recent rumours.

Luthuli, renowned for his role in Scandal, made headlines years ago when he claimed he was not getting roles because of his nationality and language. Born in Zimbabwe, the actor has had a vast career in South African TV.
