The incident unfolded as Paul Mashatile sat in the living room of a local home, expecting a smooth interaction with the family.
However, the situation turned chaotic when a man, claiming to be the homeowner, stormed in and accused the group of disrespecting his mother’s house.
The man can be seen in the video shared by Newzroom Afrika, ordering Paul Mashatile and his bodyguards to leave to his home.
VIP Protection Intervenes Amid Heated Exchange
Paul Mashatile’s bodyguards stepped in to handle the confrontation, but their intervention only fueled the tension. The scuffle escalated, prompting the deputy president’s security detail to quickly escort him out of the home.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing an altercation between the security team and the homeowner, which further heightened the commotion.
