Sbusiso Found Hanging After Gruesome Crime
The South African Police Service confirmed that Sbusiso Lawrence took his own life shortly after the murder. His body was found hanging from a tree near the murder scene in Malangeni.
In a statement, police said:
“A man who had confessed to killing a woman on a social media video that went viral was found hanging on a tree on Wednesday morning (18 December 2024) at Malangeni area in Umzinto, a short distance from where he killed the woman.”
The police also revealed details of the murder:
“On Tuesday evening, police responded to reports of a murder on a gravel road at Malangeni area in Umzinto. The body of a 25-year-old woman was found lying in the middle of the road. Her bloodied body was discovered with several stab wounds, and a broken knife was found next to her.”
This tragic series of events has left many questioning the circumstances and motives that led to such a brutal act.
