A Zimbabwean man kidnapped in South AFrica, the kidnappers demand R10K from his family to release him.
In a video that has since gone viral, a man who is tied is begging his family to pay R10K to his kidnappers for him to be released.
Zimbabwean man Kidnapped In South Africa
The man who had his hands tied begged his family to pay R10K ransom to the people who kidnapped him. In the video, the man is sitting on a sofa unharmed and narrates how he was kidnapped.
He said they stole his car and withdrew R10K from his Mukuru Card. Then, they demanded another R10K to release him.

In the video, a man who is seemingly threatening him can be heard speaking and demanding that he speak in English so that they understand what he is saying. The kidnapper, who is speaking in Zulu, goes further to slap the Zimbabwean man and wave a gun in his face.
After waving the gun in the man’s face, the kidnapper takes an okapi knife and further waves it at the man while opening his shirt and showing the tied hands.
The Zimbabwean man says that the kidnappers had promised to give him back his car after the ransom money is paid and also release him.

Zimbabweans kidnapped in South Africa
The rising statistics of Zimbabweans kidnapped in South Africa are now alarming. Last month, two women were kidnapped and the kidnappers were demanding R50K ransom money to release them.

The women were later released after Moreboys Munetsi collaborated with the families to have them released. Some of the perpetrators were later arrested and appeared in South African courts.
