‘You are in a cult’ Elon Musk Takes Another Swipe At Julius Malema And EFF
The world’s richest man, Elon Musk, who was born in Pretoria, has seemingly taken another swipe at Julius Malema and his EFF supporters. Musk condemned a viral video of the controversial politician singing the struggle song “Kill The Boer” and accused Malema of “pushing genocide of white people.”
In a Tweet, Elon Musk commented on a video of Julius Malema and EFF supporters singing the ‘Kill the Farmer’ war chant. He claimed that it promoted white genocide in South Africa and that the President should take a look into it and not let Malema incite violence.
Elon Musk Implies EFF Members are in a Cult
In a recent tweet on August 1, 2023, without mentioning Malema by name, Elon Musk made another reference to the controversial politician. He tweeted, “Unless there are a few issues where you at least slightly disagree with your political party, then you are not in a political party, you are in a cult.” Many of his Twitter followers interpreted this as a direct swipe at the EFF.

Highlighting Farm Murders in SA
Responding to concerning news from South Africa, Elon Musk reacted to the video of Malema’s song performance. The billionaire businessman expressed outrage, stating, “They are openly pushing for the genocide of white people in South Africa.” He directed a tweet at President Cyril Ramaphosa, asking, “Why do you say nothing?”
Malema Claps Back at Musk
Julius Malema responded to Elon Musk’s comments by dismissing them, saying, “He’s talking s**t.” Many of his supporters even attacked Elon Musk as the song was declared not a threat by the court. They called it a liberation song that has been sang by blacks ever since apartheid. Some people even shared how much the white people treated blacks before independence.
