Zamani Mbatha Joins Rhythm City?
Zamani Mbatha, Nomzana’s brother has reportedly joined Rhythm City.
Recently Rhythm City actor, Oros Mampofu posted a video while on set featuring Zamani and after that, fans are hyped that we might be seeing Zamani again, on the telly soon.
The details are still sketchy but for now we can speculate until confirmation has been made.
Most people are familiar with him on the drama Isithembiso, where he played the character of his namesake Zamani.
After the announcement that Isithembiso would not be renewed for another season, Zamani admitted that he was devasted but if the speculation is true, he won’t be down for long because a new gig has come a’knocking.
His sister, Nomzamo ia also an accomplished actress and it looks like acting runs deep in the Mbatha family blood.
Although Zamani Mbatha has made quite a name for himself with his acting prowess, the actor once revealed to Drum magazine that acting wasn’t his first choice.
Isithembiso was his first acting gig and he didn’t train to be an actor either, it just runs in the blood.

Zamani once revealed that he didn’t get a role on Isithembiso because his sister pulled the strings for him.
When the opportunity came by I knew I had to take it, I asked my sister to let me know when she hears anything about auditions and she did, although she is in the industry, she did not get me onto the show, I had to go audition like everyone else
