Zimbabwean Model Nokutenda Marumbwa Crowned Miss Queen of Zambia 2022
Zimbabweans in the diaspora continue to represent the country and raise the national flag high.
One such Zimbabwean is model Nokutenda Shekinah Marumbwa who made history when she was crowned Miss Queen of Zambia 2022.
Murambwa was crowned Miss Queen of Zambia at the grand finale hosted by The Ace Models Zambia on Saturday at Lusaka Museum Government Complex. She made history by becoming the first Zimbabwean to hold the Miss Queen of Zambia title. She went up against models from all universities in Zambia.

Taking to her official Instagram account, Nokutenda Marumbwa announced that she was the new Miss Queen of Zambia. She thanked God and her fans for praying and supporting her all the way.
Nokutenda said:
Ladies and gentlemen let me take this opportunity to announce that I’m your new Miss Queen of Zambia 2022…. Nothing but the Grace of God … I’m grateful for all your support love and prayers
Her followers took to the comments section and congratulated her on being crowned Miss Queen of Zambia 2022.
Nokutenda’s modelling career has taken off and for her, the sky is the limit. This is her second grand finale entry and this time she has taken first place. In September this year, Nokutenda was a Finalist in the Miss University of Zambia Pageant competition and became Miss University of Zambia First Princess.
The nineteen-year-old model was born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and is the only girl in a family of three. At the time of writing, Nokutenda Marumbwa is a Crop Science student at the University of Zambia in Lusaka.
Before enrolling at the University of Zambia, Nokutenda attended Sandringham High School in Zimbabwe. She was in the choir at Sandringham High School
