The Deputy Minister of Post, Telecommunications and Information Technology in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Enock Ruberangabo Sebineza, has been fired by the president, Joseph Kabila, after a video of the Minister m_asturbating inside his office went viral on social media.
According to reports, Sebineza was captured pants down by a hidden camera, pulling his trouser down and giving himself a hand job till he ej_aculated.
The 54-year-old Sebineza, who is said to be a notable Tutsi of the Congolese Banyamulenge community has been a President of his community (SHIKAMA) and for many years assumed important responsibilities in the province of South Kivu, was caught in the four minutes and 27 seconds video, causing a great scandal with many calling on the president to sack him, something Kabila finally carried out reluctantly.
