Musician Luke Ntombela has boldly refused to withdraw the allegations she has made against DJ Tira, despite being ordered to do so by his legal team. In response to a cease-and-desist letter received on Monday, Ntombela has made it clear that she will not be silenced.
Public Defiance
On Friday, Ntombela took to her Facebook page to directly address DJ Tira, affirming her stance. She wrote:
@djtira…. The things that make me feel bad about you are two. 1. I am explaining the damage you have done to me. But all you seem to care about is your brand. (You know tarnishing your brand was never my intention).
2. Even if I tell you that I don’t want anything from you and you don’t explain it to me, you don’t hear me. Instead, you try to convince me to come up with the amount of money I want.
Serious Allegations Against DJ Tira
A week ago, Ntombela made shocking allegations, suggesting that she might have been s_xually assaulted after waking up at DJ Tira’s house with no memory of how she got there. This revelation was made during an interview on Ukhozi FM, a Durban-based SABC radio station.

Unresolved Issues
According to Ntombela, she initially went to DJ Tira’s house, which was near the studio, to arrange for an e-hailing service to pick her up. However, the next morning, she found herself in an unsettling situation.
On Friday, Ntombela shared screenshots indicating ongoing conversations between DJ Tira and a woman representing her, with Tira having promised to make a payment.
She expressed gratitude to her representative who negotiated the settlement, but also highlighted the irreplaceable losses she has endured.

Ongoing Struggle
Despite the ongoing legal and public battle, Ntombela remains steadfast in her quest for the truth. She reiterated that all she wants is a clear explanation of what happened that night.
Now I am left with the problem of the date I have opened, which can only be closed by you. And I said you are not willing. Have you seen how I was insulted? and that’s the least of my worries right now.
