Singer Zandie Khumalo, sister of Kelly Khumalo, has thrust herself into the spotlight with striking new allegations concerning the long-unsolved murder of South African soccer star Senzo Meyiwa.
In a recent interview on eNCA’s ‘Who Killed Senzo?’ with Sli Masikane, Zandie pointed a finger at Senzo’s widow, Mandisa Mkhize, accusing her of hiring hitmen to kill Senzo Meyiwa.
The claims have since sparked controversy online.

Zandie Khumalo Calls for Investigation Into Meyiwa’s Widow
During her tell-all interview, Zandie Khumalo alleged that Mandisa Mkhize, Senzo’s widow, may have had prior knowledge of the murder.
She accused Mandisa of hiring the hitmen that killed Senzo Meyiwa.
Zandie Khumalo is adamant that Senzo Meyiwa’s widow Mandisa should be investigated for his murder as she claimed that the hitmen in Senzo Meyiwa’s murder come from the same area as her.
“Mandisa is from KwaNongoma, and it has been discovered that the hitmen are from KwaNongoma as well.”
She emphasized that this connection warrants further scrutiny, raising questions about Mandisa’s possible ties to those accused of orchestrating the fatal shooting.
Kelly Khumalo Not Involved, Says Zandie
Zandie also took the opportunity to clear her sister Kelly’s name, refuting allegations that Kelly had any role in Senzo’s death.
She claimed that the right men are being prosecuted for the murder. Zandie added that Kelly was not complicit in the events surrounding Meyiwa’s death.
These remarks have raised eyebrows as Zandie reiterated her sister’s innocence amid persistent speculation and scrutiny from the public.
