Watch: Mampintsha Proposes To Babes Wodumo
For some time now, Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha’s relationship has been filled with a lot of speculations. After rumors of are they or are they not engaged or married, Mampintsha finally popped the question during an interview.
The couple was having a live interview on Gagasi FM when Mampintsha suddenly got on one knee and popped the question while everyone cheered him on. Much to the delight of everyone who was watching, Babes Wodumo said yes.

This is not the first time that Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha have been haunted by engagement rumors. In 2016, she once said that she engaged to someone but she didn’t wear the ring because it would bring her unwanted attention.
Babes Wodumo said to Drum Magazine:
“I removed the ring because journalist like you were asking too many questions,”
It was around the time that she was romantically linked to Mampintsha, although they were yet to confirm their romantic entanglement at the time. Babes and Mampintsha were once embroiled in a domestic abuse drama in which she recorded him assaulting her on a live Instagram video.
There was a lot of public outrage and calls to cancel Mampintsha for gender-based violence. In turn he also filed assault charges against her. The public was surprised to see them back together again and Mampintsha said it was all in the past, they had learnt from their mistakes and they were ready to move forward with their relationship.
